Terms and Conditions

Logo Design, Promotional Designs, and Social Media Services

  1. All design services are billed at a standard rate of €70 per hour.
  2. Where a fixed fee has been agreed upon, this fee may be subject to adjustment should additional drafts or revisions beyond the original scope be requested.
  3. Social media promotional activities, including but not limited to boosted advertisements and audience targeting, are billed at €60 per hour.
  4. We recommend that any internal marketing costs be processed through your own business accounts to enable you to claim VAT refunds where applicable.

Website Development – Terms and Conditions

  1. Subscription Plans: All subscription plans are subject to a minimum term of twenty-four (24) months. By subscribing, the Client enters into a legally binding agreement for the full duration of the contract. The total contract value is payable in full and remains due regardless of any circumstances, including but not limited to early termination or non-use of services. Work will commence upon receipt of the initial payment, at which point the contractual obligations become effective and binding.
  2. Cancellation Policy: In the event of early termination of your subscription, the outstanding balance for the full 24-month term shall become immediately payable to Transparent Pixels.
  3. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of €300 applies to all website plans. The deposit forms part of the total cost of any plan or agreement and must be paid in full before any work can commence.
  4. UP-keep Payments: Upon full payment of an Annual or Subscription plan, you will transition to an annual maintenance plan  €600 (Saving €120) or monthly payments €60 payable for the subsequent year. This may also vary if additional exclusive software is needed. Partial usage of the year does not reduce the amount due.
  5. Aftercare Plan: Our aftercare package includes email support, website maintenance, website security, domain registration, annual hosting, and SSL certification. Additional costs may apply depending on your specific software or customization needs.
  6. Website Security Disclaimer: While Transparent Pixels undertakes all reasonable measures to maintain website security and backups, we accept no liability for any loss resulting from hacking, cyberattacks, or data breaches. (Please note that such incidents have never occurred under our management; this clause exists solely for compliance purposes.)
  7. E-Commerce Support
    Following the initial payment and agreement regarding the quantity of product listings to be provided, any additional product uploads requested by the Client will be charged at a rate of €50 per hour or €25 per half hour. These charges will apply to all additional product additions beyond those included in the original agreement.
  8.  E-Commerce Training
    We offer optional training services to enable the Client or the Client’s staff to manage and upload products independently. Training sessions are provided at a rate of €70 per hour. Additionally, a comprehensive written manual in Word format, providing step-by-step guidance on product upload procedures, is available for €150.
    (Depending on the scope of the project and the Client’s requirements, one to two hours of training and/or the provision of the training manual may be included within the initial project cost, as expressly agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of services.)
  9. Client-Side Website Modifications: Training is available to enable clients to make text and image updates to their websites. Should any issue arise as a result of modifications performed by the client or their employees, an additional charge will apply for corrective work.
  10. Hourly Rates: Our standard hourly rate is €70 per hour. Tasks requiring less than one hour will be billed at €35.
  11. Training Costs: Training sessions are billed at €70 per hour. Additional training resources, such as custom text manuals, can be provided at an additional cost based on your specific requirements. (Depending on the scope of the project and the Client’s requirements, one to two hours of training and/or the provision of the training manual may be included within the initial project cost, as expressly agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of services.)
  12. Professional Email Setup: Services such as G-Suite or Outlook setup will be processed using your own business accounts to allow you to reclaim VAT where applicable. An initial setup fee will apply.

Google Ads, Social Media & Email Marketing 

  1. All work related to Google Ads, Social media & Email Marketing advertising is billed at our standard hourly rate of €70 per hour.
  2. If Transparent Pixels is required to set up and manage ads through our own accounts, full payment in advance is required before any campaigns are launched.
  3. Where ads are set up using your company’s accounts, a service fee will be applied for ad setup, management, and design.

General Provisions

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms in full.
  • These terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of any material changes.
